Soar With the Eagles began in 1987 as Marpet Life/Career Services, a consulting company focusing on career coaching and life transitions coaching with an e-zine called Soar With the Eagles. I chose Soar With the Eagles for my new company name, when I moved my company to western Washington State.

Certifications, Certifications!
In addition to traditional coaching as defined by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I also incorporate aspects of consulting, spiritual awareness and healing and other disciplines into my work with clients, as their needs indicate. Therefore, I have chosen not to accept ICF certification along with my other certifications.
Although I respect the work of the ICF, and of those coaches who remain within the definition of ICF coaching at all times, the needs of my special breed of clients do not fit into boxes and therefore my work includes other techniques and methodologies.
At all times, my client's needs are paramount and assistance in allowing them to improve their lives is my only goal.
With so many years of experience, I am an expert in the field of career development and organizational life. My first MA is in biological anthropology and teach Anatomy & Physiology at a local college, so I understand the biology of how humans move through their lifespans, how they deal with stresses of life and how successful people thrive. My anthropology background has allowed me to teach conflict management, diversity, international management (in Russia, Colombia, Mexico, New Zealand, Australia, Canada and the UK) and how to manage upward.
I have Advanced Project Manager certification from Stanford University (2001) and a 2nd MA almost complete in Psychology. My toolkit for blasting through blockages includes Guided Journeys, hypnotherapy and Gestalt - which is technical language for I Can Make It Happen For You!
